Order cancelled for a fake reason Ripoff

Order placed on 10/22/05 via paypal for a set of Logitech z-5500 speakers: $220 before coupon, $205 after $15 coupon, using free shipping option.

Immediately after the order was placed, paypal and my online bank claimed that the payment went through. However, the next day, buy.com cancelled my order claiming that paypal payment was not received. I was stuck with a cancelled order and was out 200 dollars.

I emailed customer service the next day. Received no real response, ever. My money was refunded 2-3 days after my order was cancelled, but no e-mail was sent to me apologizing for what had happened.

As of 11/5/05, my email is still being run through their customer service, and I haven't heard back from them at _all_ (not even an automated response) in two weeks.

Since then, the coupon I had used has expired. (doubly over, since it's a one time use coupon and it had a dated expiration on it)
