Rip-off Won't Fix Bad Service Rip Off Changes Story All The Time

Internet & Web

Ordered $1500 computer July 2 weeks later problems with OS/hardrive. Asked for new hardrive, took 4 weeks to get replaced.

Still didn't fix the problem, spend hours on the phone with tech support at my cost. Still didn't fix operating system problems, sent back for repairs at a cost of $120 shipping.

Back after 3 weeks and computer operating system still not working. Same problem that occured since first booting up the computer.

More hours on the phone at my cost, powersupply blowups while on the phone with tech support. Shipped out again for repair, another $120. Company has computer for 3 weeks never does anything.

I complain, then told hardrive is DOA, they don't respond to the operating system problems instead say it's my fault. 2 more weeks and still no computer, I complain again and then they say the case was damaged when they got it.

They keep changing from it's this then something else, 7 months later and I don't have a working computer. I have no faith in this ever being fixed correctly.
