No support after purchase for defective parts

After purchasing a desktop computer from them, which I had to wait almost 5 weeks. One memory chip went bad and crashed my hardrive after two weeks. I received a new memory (free) chip. After installing the new chip I come to realize that it hardrive was ruined also. I have called the company repeatedly, emailed them repeatedly without ever receiving a call or email back. I since have purchased a new hardrive and installed it myself. I have sent the hardrive back to Samsung in hopes that they will help me.
