All i wanted to do was reformat my computer with a windows product key. After going to a Microsoft website it referred me to omni-tech. After chatting with them online they would not help me with reformating my computer but said that they could fix my slow/freezing computers problems. After running a scan they found a ton of problems with my computer. They talked me into paying their fee. After paying the fee they worked on my computer for 6 hours. Watching my computer it looked like they were just going through all my files not really doing anything. Then my computer froze and when i shut it off and turned it back on it will not boot up. It seems like my whole windows operating system just blew up.
