Not interested in resolving issue

Between the Credit Card payment companies, Security, CC and this company's complete lack of interest in resolving issues (hiding behind emails and inept service desks) you are on a complete hiding to nothing. These guys sell internet services, domain names, etc. I have a few domains with them and when it comes to renewal the transaction won;t go through. I phoned the bank they say its not them, I wmail this help desk and they say try again... This has gone on for the best part of a month with no resolution to the issues.

I would suggest avoid using them and find someone who is more responsive.
