How to Register, How to Renew, How Registerfly.com Rips You Off!

At present a Domain Name that should be registered to the rightful owner in Australia is currently be used and profited by some Company in Europe. The Domain www.4sexualpleasure.com was somehow sold to this Company after being renewed by its previous owner.

In 2006 Registerfly.com indicated that it would be bought out by eNom, due to this eNom would extend any domain by a further year once renewed. The Domain in question was paid for and renewed occording to Bank Statements and Emails. On checking ownership of the domains, the owner finds it transfered to "whoisprivacyprotect" due to non-payment. Trying to contact this Registrar has been "a nightmare" according to the previous owner. ENom, who had bought out Registerfly.com, rejects any issue in the transfer of names from Registerfly.com to eNom and has actively stalled any attempt to find records of purchase.
The now previous owner has had to invest in Legal Action against both Companies, to which has cost almost $11,000.00 for an issue that could of been resolved and completed some 12 months ago.

Registerfly.com has been extremely difficult to contact either via email, phone or post says the previous owner, along with Registerfly.com, eNom and whoisprivacyprotect.com seem to want to protect themselves by not responding to this issue thus admitting fault.

These issues of Registrars, specificly Registerfly.com & eNom, that actively ripoff its clients and then effortlessly reject them is why the Internet and Internet Based Companies are looked on as Scammers and Boggy!

Registerfly.com, eNom & Whoisprivacyprotect.com grow up and start showing the rest of the world that your not Scammers and Boggy by doing whats right by your current and previous clients because at present your doing a great job of showing everyone of who's trustworthy and who's not.
