Reaction guaranteed our concerns could be managed, but months later, no body approached us. Document a problem using the GA Better Business Office. The offer a 90-day cash back guarantee, but avoid you when you have a criticism. We're currently caught with two sets of ineffective cups. Lesson learned... Store elsewhere.
