Requested a LG Mark online-which included no sdcard. Delivery info mail offered a telephone number to contact that was a telephone tree without any choices regarding my problem, therefore held pressing figures till I acquired an individual who informed me she'd nothing related to that problem, to visit www.metropcs.com/support, and who got my info encouraging to possess somebody contact me. URL required me to some "Monitor you purchase" choice that was ineffective. No body named. No email connections on web site. No body to keep in touch with, therefore shipped a notice to Texas, 3/8, informing them I was sending the telephone back, why, and needed a return. FedEx shipped and telephone was approved by W Jolly 3/11. Today 3/24 with no reimbursement or reaction from MetroPCS. So far as I will inform the corporation doesn't have Customer Support Dept.
