Today is 26 September. I requested two sets of sneakers three months before. The web site enables you to spot an order to some P.O. Container but their plan doesn't permit P.O. Container deliveries, so that they delivered the sneakers, and that I just discovered from USPS monitoring that it's been delivered to sender on 16 Sept. I named them-and supplied a real address. I also replied to customer support automatic emails using the same demand. I named two extra occasions, onetime they guaranteed to contact me back plus they never did. On 26 September, nevertheless no shoes, customer support didn't cerdit my money-back to my consideration and didn't re ship the shoes! Easily, their supervisor is unavailable after I required to keep in touch with him/her to illuminate him/her concerning the dysfunction in communications and bad customer support relationships within the business.
