I have to create a criticism concerning the Danbury, CT shop. The supervisor, Alex was designed to have assisted us last Sunday. My partner and that I went there last Sunday having a gift-card which was regarded "inactive". We'd to contact the client support point from our very own individual mobile phones since the team wouldn't achieve this. As we got the client support about the telephone and described the problem, the telephone people were useful and requested to talk to the client support people.

JCPis customer support stated they'd deliver us a brand new gift-card to displace our 2 inactive cards.

At this time, we'd previously selected apparel for the 2 childis. The supervisor stated he'd maintain the garments for all of US for that week or till we returned using the new giftcard. He also REQUIRED our gift-cards which were inactive.

I went today to get our purchase and even though the team attempted to assist discover it (and ALEX wasn't there) no body might find it. Your purchase that people were informed could be kept for all of US-ELIMINATED. No body may find it. The team attempted to assist, but could not find what Alex did with it.

I quit our titles and telephone numbers for Alex to contact us so we're able to return and obtain our purchase he GUARANTEED could be there and he NEVER called. It's 7pm and we were informed he'd maintain by 1:00. Frustrating

Whenever you attempt to contact and create a criticism using the customer support centre, they let you know to deliver a contact. The e-mail component does not have a choice to protest concerning the department-store, or could it be working. It claims that's currently unavailable. Totally annoying.
