I'd to contact Comcast many times previously because of poor support or service disruption. Recently I named since my home telephone, web, or wire was functioning. The client support consultant was good and useful. She explained it was their problem that my device was not working. Anything happened to it internally. She explained somebody might come 24 hours later to repair it, nobody arrived. She explained they just let 24hrs with no home telephone employed by their clients. I named to criticism, the client support consultant explained she would move me to her boss title Carine and Carine picked up the telephone and hungup. After I called back I had been placed on store for over 20 units and so I hungup. Comcast 1st provides me poor support after which does not I would like to protest. I have been a faithful client for a long time today as well as for Comcast to do something therefore reckless disappointed me. They'll shed me like a client quickly.
