Unprofessional Scam Company

We're an HVAC organization situated in Columbus Ohio. We were approached by Stanley Goodspeed of Preference Home Guarantee to support their client within our support region which we did. We received an agreement amount and proceeded to complete the job. We've not gotten cost for that providers and contains been more than 45 times that will be the conditions that Stanley had stated we'd obtain our check by. After I contact customer support they're completely and totally inexperienced reported by users they CAn't support me-only the Accounts Payable division which only consistes of 1 worker, this Stanley Goodspeed who I would also note never returns telephone calls or emails and once you delay on-hold for around five minutes hearing store audio you're used in his answering support and once you abandon your concept he nevertheless doesn't return your calls. I did so appear the corporation on the Greater Business Institution's site and can you think they've a "quality F" score. That doesn't surprise me. It's beyond me how the corporation continues to be running a business!!! DON'T PERFORM BUSINESS WITH THE CORPORATION, NOR SIGN A HOUSE GUARANTEE CONTRACT WITH THE CORPORATION. Do your investigation. There are lots of other home warranty companies which are legitimate and run really professionally and their customer service is very useful unlike the corporation!!! The corporation is the absolute most unprofessional and inexperienced organization i've ever handled and that i will be in business for many years!!!
