Products ordered in October still not received after two months

I ordered products such as Pure Cambogia Ultra and Pure Life Cleanse at Biotrilabs online last October 14. I was advised that I would be receiving my products within a maximum of 12 days. It has been more than two months now. When I followed up with customer service, they did not even have the information about when the product would be delivered or what courier was used for shipping. They also gave me the tracking number, but it says there that it has already been transported from the U.S. I am at a loss now and do not know where to get a concrete answer as to what happened to my product.
