Order Placed Nov 24 Never Arrived Despite 15-Day Wait

I ordered online on Nov 24 and until today I have not received the items. I keep emailing support and they tell me that due to high demand I need to wait 15 days. I also emailed the "delivery" email account but got no reply. I was charged on my credit card and the company name is [URL Removed] HEALTH LONDON. Is this company really existing? The contact number given in Singapore is not working; it seems it is not operational.
