Paid ordered product but no delivery until now

I ordered products such as pure cambogia ultra and pure life cleanse at biotrilabs online (amounting to $188.80. Last october 16. I was advised that i will be recieving my product max of 12 days. Its been 13 days now and when i followed up the customer service they dont even have the information as to when the product will be delivered and what courier was used for shipping. I am at lost now and dont know where to get a concrete answer as to what happened to my product.
