I want what I paid for R1.500 is a lot of money

I ordered Nitric Max Muscle - 5 Pack from Biotrim labs on 25-09 and I have not received it.

Every time I email they do not reply and I have heard nothing from them since.

I received a tracking number and when i use it says "Thu 26/09 20:25:

Your order has been processed at the US export facility. It is now on route to the receiver"

I paid lot of money and they should make sure I get it back or receive the products I ordered.

Please Help me.
