Gym Products Order Not Delivered and Refund Not Received

I placed an order for gym products on 30 September and made a payment of R1475. Delivery was promised within 3 weeks. I called for feedback in November and was told that it is 3 weeks of business days.

Then on 2 December, after still not receiving the goods, I requested a refund. The refund was promised in 7 - 10 business days and I was given a refund code. When making a call to them today, after still not receiving a refund, I was told that they would compile a report around the issue.
