Groupon none payment of returned goods - Russell proffessinal food mixe

I have made over 8 phone calls and even more emails regarding a refund for a Russell professional Food mixer which was returned as it was rubbish. I have been trying to get my refund of £89.00 since 16th November It was returned from my bank on that date as the debit card number was incorrect (fault of the LLoydsTsb splilt. However groupon call centre staff keep saying that the disputed payments department doesn't take calls, so no one has got back to me, I have now given them 14 days and I am going to the National papers and Trading standards. Would I purchase products from them again-I think not. Crap products and even worse customer service
