Deferred Window Shade Delivery Ignored Until I Met Divina Lara

I had a very bad experience in the window shade department at the Daly City, CA store until I met Divina Lara. Before I met Divina, no one responded to my deferred window shade delivery issue in a responsive way. She is the only one who is responsible and takes care of customers' needs correctly. Even her manager had a very irresponsible and bad attitude.
