I have already sent a lengthy explanation of the issue concerning our window salesperson and installation. I am extremely disappointed this evening. A manager, Bill Smith, called this evening, clearly in an attempt to not come to our home, as promised, to deal with this issue. He offered us a "deal" to pay more for the window we actually thought was being ordered and then pay a restocking fee for the wrong window that our salesman, Dan Tica, did order us. How Dan could sit in our home and look at our current windows (wood interior Anderson) and order us a vinyl window is beyond me, but to then not even rectify the situation appropriately is really mind boggling. I am done being nice. I will spend time every day finding places on the internet to voice my opinion of how horrible home depot is, including Facebook, twitter, and any other means possible. I am livid at how horrible the customer service has been! We told Bill he had to come to our home. I want him to actually see our windows and what Dan ordered, and if he doesn't see that Dan is completely CLUELESS, then maybe everyone that works for Home Depot is!
