Will Boyer ripoff Dishonest Fraudlent billing

I have an on going issue that may not get solved but only in the court room! I have received a "promotional" mailing from AT&T wireless and talk to a lady at customer service about the promo and she told me a deal with a family plan was a better plan and so I have ask for more information about it and from what she told me that AT&T had to offer, so I told her to let's go for the family plan! And send it to my home and got 3 phones for that family deal and she also add that there would be free! Text free! Ring Tone and game for the frist 30 days of our plan.

During that month I checked online to keep track of our minutes to see if we don't go over our minutes! And it was fine and the the frist month of our first billing cicle I checked online again and we got charge $941.91 dollars for the frist month of our services! And I called them they told me that the lady that I delt with never said nothing about free! Promotion! And free! 30 day Ring Tone, text and games receiving and told me that they will not credit me for nothing more and nothing less if that's not a rip off then I don't know what! Is...
