After seeing the Family Plan advertised on TV and other media. Seeing the plan was only $9.99 I decided to join up since my wife was using a prepaid service. My first bill arrived and it was $50.00 or so higher than I had ever paid. I called in the customer service (the hell hole) and talked to a very rude lady (I don't know if I can call her that) who told me my bill was higher because to join the Family Plan I had to have a much higher individual plan. I asked to return to my original plan and she told me it would cost me $175.00 to cancel the Family Plan. This is BS to take advantage of people like me to build a business.
