Sears Service Center - Service Center scheduling

I have granfathered whole house MA and scheduled serveral products for MA checks on May 30th.in the mean time my refriderator went out so called back and they tell me I already have service scheduled that I can't get this serviced item until then. Monday and yesterday some lady called and said that Sears would be out to service my side by side tomorrow and go ahead and do MA checks on freezer and mini friges. Today TH May 24th between 1-5pm. Guess what no one showed up and I called and they said not in the system. I am scheduled for next TH May 30th. And they refused to even try to schedule service for my non working fridge.
So if I cancel the MA check for MAY 30th then can I get some emergency service for a product that is NOT working and much needed and then reschedule the MA check?
This is unaccpetable customer service on a plan that I pay over $600 a year for the MA product service. I have bought all my appliances from Sears in the last 40 yrs and I am rethiniking for the future.
