Freezer Door Will Not Stay Closed and Three Repair Appointments Missed

I am one of thousands complaining of lousy Sears customer service. I purchased a refrigerator. The freezer door won't say closed. Service man came and said that was normal. Non the less, he issued me a check for $101.33 for lose of food. I called the tech center and they said that the door was broken. Another 3 appointments were made. They never showed up or called. I waited 4 hours for their no-show. Sears reputation is a joke. Great Indoors, a fancy store, is a distributor for Sears. They don't tell you that up front. Stay away from any of their products.
