It was never mounted. There's a manufacturer defect

I bought Maytag Washer in April. They acquired my previous machine and sent the "new" device; it had been producing running sound from day-one. I named and was informed they might have a serviceman therein fourteen days, they were really supported. Used to donot obtain the serviceman and also the shop never approached me concerning the problem. The equipment extended producing the sound however it was functioning. I called again concerning the problem; the serviceman found repair it and today I can not make use of the device whatsoever. Therefore he requested the component so when he found repair the equipment, after two hours he was defeated. He explained the equipment has become useless. The serviceman requested that I don't make use of the device till I obtain the fresh one since it may flow. I also bought the warranty with this particular device. I had been informed after I bought the guarantee when the machine breaks plus they cannot correct it, they've to displace it; when they do not have the design, they've to provide you with the worthiness of the equipment.
