I bought a reasonably costly ellipitcal machine from Easy Exercise last month. I settled an additional $200 for installation and also the device came broken. It created a running sound when shifting the pedals. I named Sleek plus they explained to contact their subcontracting organization to plan a scheduled appointment to repair it. Actually, this can be a completely new device and that Iam currently informed by Sleek to look after it myself.

I really do so, and that I remove function again (needed to delay 4 hours for that shipping) for that fix visit. He informs me that item is damaged, must be requested, and that I must contact him again when the component is available in to possess him emerge again and do the installation.

I contact Sleek to protest about that procedure to get a completely new device and have to displace the equipment t / when that works. Incredible. Today I've had an ellipitcal machine in my own cellar for four weeks that's not been utilized. It's damaged and that I need to watch for the component in the future in. Meanwhile, who understands what other areas have now been broken that'll slip up within the next couple of years, especially following the device isn't included in guarantee.

I'll not purchase other things from Sleek again.
