Gave Me A Nokia E 5 Phone that Works off the at&t network

I got this Nokia E 5 Phone for Christmas. I activated My phone In November. My parents said it always fades in and out. I called straight talk to find out why It always fades in and out. Then I had to switch to my Other phone. Then I had to call Straight Talk to get a Sim card In January. The Sim card came by fed-x in 7 days. When I receive the Sim card I activated My phone. After a few days My Parents said the same thing again. A few Months I got a new nokia E5 phone in may which has awful service which works off the at&t network. Straight talk gave me the runaround. When i got my new phone to activate it I would have to buy a service card. I would like a Full Year Of unlimited service with Straight Talk Because this can be avoided. I would also Like a New Phone Named Samsung Galaxy Proclaim Which works off of verizon towers. If this ever happen to you please leave a comment.
