Rip off

I came across this device CAn't be fixed as a result of manufacturers problem. The equipment vibrates off-balance. I've balanced it per Maytags recommendation and also have had it completely examined. The technician stated he'd contact me back 24 hours later after I spoke to him. He never named me back since he understood this device couldn't be fixed. The technician explained he believed the barrier band was poor. I'd the machine obtained aside to discover there's not just one poor component with this machine only a faulty device. Maytag essentially stated too poor also unfortunate, your guarantee is up. This device isn't actually 5 yrs old and CAn't be fixed. Exactly what a ripoff.
