Hi. I am UDDIN MESBAH.in 2008 I bought DAVHDX576W item with 4 years insturense.in 2011 on NOV 28 that item I RETURNED TO Geek squad, when it start to give me troble. After a month i got phone clled from geek sqrd to get the item back. When i got there, they offered me something else. I chosed a newv itmes but they do not have in the stouck. I came back to best buy store after a month. I did not get the new itmes becuse of my lateness. I explain to them that i wasn't in the city. The store manager told me, she could not help me becuse of service order 01069-967220346 expaired. As far as i know that customers is allways rigtht. I felt bad that no body help me at all. I hope Compny will see my case in diffirent eyes. Thank you so much
