They just don't care

I named A & E Equipment via Sears and INFORMED them that I required a brand new heat component for my dryer. I gave them the produce and type of my dryer plus they explained the first period they might emerge and substitute the heat component will be the subsequent Wed between midday and 5pm; which was about the prior Fri. Therefore, I remove half your day from focus on Wed, simply to obtain a phone FIVE moments before 5pm stating, "We Are not gonna make it out today." Rescheduled for Fri., between midday and 5pm again. Remove function again; man turns up at 330pm. I consider him to my dryer and 5 minutes later he claims, "Yes! You will need a new heating element. And that I UNDERSTAND I actually donot bring these in my own vehicle." He calls around and finds that there'snot one around and also the earliest he could easily get you might be, ideally, the next Wed. He informs me I will get my dryer set by next Fri., between midday and 5pm obviously. At this time he informs me it is gonna be about $260 for components and work.informed him I'd consider it. I decided I'd obtain the component and substitute it myself which ended up to become under $20. However they charged me $130 in the future out and state, "Yes! You had been correct. You will need a new heating element." E-commerce is incredible. Steer clear!!!
