Lowe's protection plan sucks

I bought a Samsung stackable washer/dryer from Loweis in October. I'd bought the prolonged 4-year guarantee.in December the dryer quit functioning. It got them 10 business days to obtain a support technology over here to inform me it had been a broken gear. He explained 7-10 more times to obtain the component. After seven days of no conversation I named Loweis service-only to become informed "they cannot discover the component"! The dryer is just a small over per year old. Go down another dryer! I had been planned to get a support phone today (3 months without my dryer) also it was ended simply because they did not deliver the component. I named the company and requested for that component number for that gear I want. I've discovered the component myself on the web. It got me 25 units, since I have needed to cross-reference the component # (anything any online customer support could be significantly more than pleased to do). I'm assured that my component is likely to be on my doorstep on Mon (nowadays is Friday). I charge $57.00. With delivery. Good. Once this component is mounted by their support technology (do not wish to avoid my "useful" guarantee) I'll be delivering a notice informing them to push their warranty which I do want to be repaid my $57.00. I actually donot have high expectations but I've undoubtedly discovered an invaluable training. While you may today, and everyone I understand too. Keep your income.
