Hasn't worked since I bought it 10 weeks ago!

9 Nov 07 I purchased this machine. Did not work. Named organization and advised to demand restoration. Named fix everyday for four weeks with no return phone to setup visit. Eventually got an upgraded machine. Did not function (suspect alternative was another delivered model, or ground model). Required support. Delay 3 months. Fix (A&E) turns up 4 hrs late, makes me consider dryer from machine, appears inside and claims a component should be requested. Claims that to ensure that technician to gain access to I should consider dryer from machine again. I place dryer back onto machine. Delay 3 months. Contact both Whirlpool and Equipment Property, clarify I'm unhappy today getting 4 nights from function but still no machine.informed to hold back and find out what goes on when technician results. Again consider dryer off machine yesterday. Technician comes today, claims machine must have been removed from wardrobe. This really is overweight for me personally (109 lb woman) to raise. Contact to Whirlpool and customer support representative Betty #8494 claims it's appropriate to get a client to consider 50 (!) days from function, it's not Whirlpoolis obligation to create a machine that works as it pertains from the container. Because the part that was requested was only a guess from the prior technician (he did nothing apart from emerge, make me eliminate 88 lb dryer after which state he had a need to purchase a component, he was not sure if it was the one that he was purchasing but he'd "begin" with this 1...) I anticipate I'll have to remove another 6 or 7 days (dropping 14 days of holiday period simply to get repairs with this completely new machine) and spend movers in the future draw washer out and place it back. Don"t but the product!!!
