Dryer I purchased from P-C Rich & Boy in 2010stopped drying garments completely by last Friday — just worked in a low-heat. Was informed within the telephone that it had been a "heat component" issue using the device, and would want a repair person. Couldn't obtain a fix individual before subsequent Wed. While he came, he advised me that my dryer was good, which the issue was the result of a lint build up. Billed me $152 for that visit, whilst the guarantee had terminated years back. After I named to protest that I'd approved the fix phone from G CRichard & Boy' centered on fake info, I had been informed they might not assist me since I didn't obtain a title of the one who explained within the telephone the breakdown was the result of a heat element. (It Is A fuel dryer, which doesn't possess a "heat component" but I'm no dryer technician. Are not they said to be the specialists?! Is not that why I named them?) Had vent cleaned with a skilled port support company — you know what? Dryer however won't dry at-all, and creates NO-HEAT. Today I'm informed that the fix individual won't be accessible for 2 Mondays from today, as there's a higher return in restoration employees for the corporation.:[ it would appear that support truly does finish following the purchase with this particular organization.
