Terrible Customer Service

Our name is D'Angalo and that I purchased a mobile phone from verizon wireless.in the place of purchasing the insurance that verizon provided, the folks there explained about that 3rd party guarantee corporation named BWG. I purchased the guarantee since I did not wish to proceed throught the trouble of paying regular insurance. Exactly what a mistake which was. I paid $200.00 for that guarantee and four weeks later, my telephones' charger interface was frayed, which makes it unservicable. I named the telephone in on January 21st and that I delivered it in times later plus they stated i hav to pay for another $125. I believed that my guarantee was taken care of currently. Their documents show they received the telephone about the 26th. I'd to hold back per week but still there is no telephone. I named them on friday the Next plus they explained "oh they forgot about delivering it through" the bottom line is. I called again that mon plus they stated that it will get submitted the moment it gets approved, the exact same time. Its thursday and I named again plus they stated the same and I mightn't obtain the same telephone that I delivered in. I am fed up with obtaining went around on my cent. This is actually the many horrible customer support I've ever seen. This can be a learning knowledge, never can I conduct business together again.
