I bought a costly cellphone on 9/1/09. The salesperson as of this store-sold me insurance about the telephone. The telephone was taken on 9/12/09. I attempted to document a state however the shop worker explained the insurance was on "another quantity". I mentioned I covered the telephone, not the amount. But Verizon places insurance on the phone number, not really a telephone, however they did not tell me that as well as therefore, it is difficult and fraudulent conduct. Moreover they declined to fix the error and place the insurance about the proper quantity and desired to cost me to get a new telephone! I terminated support and today they would like to cost early termination costs. It is insult after which damage and never a genuine apology. I believe this conduct is illegitimate or truly ought to be. I had beennot requested to guarantee a phone-line, I was requested to guarantee a telephone and that's what I thought I was receiving. I had been lied to, fooled after which cheated.
