I had equipment installed by Geek Squad in April. I misplce the bill and just found it. I call customer care. They refused to discuss the extremely high charges with me. Even though I found the items on line for less than third the price they charged. I am writing this in the hope of saving others the same loss. Be very careful or donot use the Geek Squad. It is their entension to convence you that you need other equipment to get your products working then charge outragous prices for those extra. Chech it out for yourself. This is what I found.
