Got a totally free update in a kiosk, my statement was billed. I had been advised I've to return their to obtain them to provide me credit. I did so plus they are eliminated! I named and there's nothing they are able to do. They employed these folks, wtf?

Then, i place in to get a refund for that telephone and was refused despite the fact that jason in the kiosk in the natick, mother selections mall completed the refund form for me personally and explained where you can deliver it. I dont qualify, i requested to get a supervisor and undoubtedly no body was accessible, but might contact me in two hours, its been three times. I've been a person for a long time which is how i get handled? See ya
