Twisters Kiosk Arbor Place Mall ripoff! Terribly over priced, hidden "no return" sign

Arbor Place Mall Kiosk Mini Racers/Twisters
I bought 2 remote control mini racer cars at the kiosk and stated that I might be returning one if my mother had already purchased one and nothing was said. They are selling the cars for $26.99. I went to return the cars the next day because my Mom did buy them for $9.95 at Ace Hardware.

They wouldn't let me return them, they then FLIPPED back up the 2x4 inch sign that read "no returns" on it. I stated that it had not been diplayed the day before nor could anyone see it that day. I stated there was no indication on the sales slip that there were no returns, he then flipped to the back of the sales slip and on the back in letters that you would need a magnifying glass to read in a worn out stamp like notation was the "no return". This is really BAD BUSINESS!

I have a call into the Mall Management and hope they will do something about this - I'm more concerned about the next person getting ripped off like I did than myself. They should be removed from the mall. They also sell a Stunt Genius racer for $60 but I'm not saying how much I got ripped off on that one - its embarrassing.
