Attempt to return unopened product

The "assured reimbursement" is just a farce.

I bought the merchandise from the kiosk at Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg, Md. After I appeared the container, it ended up the item has benzoyl peroxide, that we can't use. I called Proactiv to get a return. They stated I'd to contact the kiosk operator. I'd to return towards the mall to obtain the telephone number off the kiosk. The kiosk operator stated they'd not provide a reimbursement since it was more than 60 times, despite the fact that the merchandise was unopened. I also known as Proactiv, who likewise declined to provide a return.
