Unprofessional & Rude kiosk Manage

The manger in the mobile phone Kiosk in the sams club is extremely unfavorable, unprofessional.

I had been provided a broken item, when went back to return the supervisor in the kiosk was really rude and charged me that i damged and introduced the product back.

Declined to get back the merchandise.

I'm greatly upset incidentally kiosk supervisor talked in my experience.

Kiosk supervisor was un-professional and does not take care of the client satisfaction.

Officially stuck the criticism using the SAMs team director.
