I named the organization shop recently an they believed to contact the shop I acquired it from. And so I did - the lady called Nicole stated "my supervisor Devin is likely to be there all day long tomorrow. Take it in together with your unique bill" therefore I informed her I'm going to be there later at night - she stated he'd be there. And so I went there (towards the kiosk within the Viewpoint mall from the cinema) after-work today. The lady there is speaking with her buddy and did not appear that thinking about what I'd to express. Then I informed her what I had been informed recently by Nicole and that I stated "yes whereis your supervisor? He is said to be below!" 'you would like me to contact him?' YES! Therefore she did, I politely reported within the telephone and he essentially said nothing can be achieved, and Nicole is fresh blah blah. I got upset and said "well. That is false advertising. I did so what she believed to do. And this really is losing my period and my gasoline to obtain below, and of course its WARM too. And you are said to be below why am I speaking with you within the telephone? That isn't skilled" he explained all he is able to do is provide me a $10 discount on the new situation. WOOPEE!!! I visited the organization shop by my condo and talked to Bryan who had been really skilled and respectful. I've a-one year guarantee as of this shop easily purchase it there.

He gave me a discount on the fresh situation but since I did not purchase it there to start with, nothing can be achieved.

I am never returning to that particular kiosk.

Poor customer support at the AT&T kiosk. EXCELLENT customer support in the corporate shop.
