Would not honor rebate!

I purchased a at Sears which was for sale for $20.00 off. I told the woman I'dnot purchase it after I noticed the discount set me from the "free" shipping and he or she claimed not a problem, that I'd obtain a refund easily submitted another bill she published only for the rebate submission.

Ok, I purchased the machine and posted the refund info. Some months later I obtained an application notice stating the refund was refused. No cause. I named plus they stated the purchase did not meet up with the minimal necessary add up to get the refund. I had been provide an "National Customer Criticism" quantity and named them. They stated 'that did not seem right' and explained somebody might contact me in 48 hours. Per week passed with no one named. I called back plus they stated the same – somebody might contact me in 48 hours. No body named. I called again plus they stated they attempted to contact and didn't reach me. After I requested once they named I returned to my telephone and confirmed no telephone call from anybody at that time they stated they attempted to contact, plus they undoubtedly did not keep a voicemail.

So... I suppose no refund for me. I'll never purchase one more thing from Sears so long as I reside and that I highly encourage everybody to complete exactly the same. Don't purchase from Sears — they're a organization and certainly will cheat you prefer they robbed me. For me personally, it is something in order for them to create a error, but to then simply dismiss you and create no work to create it right claims volumes concerning the insufficient personality. Their slogan ought to be, "Sears – We Will Mess You Every Opportunity We Obtain."
