I've had terrible customer support & obtained "crap" telephones from Bestbuy Portable for nearly 24 months now. They've delivered my telephone down towards the wrong place to obtain set twice & subsequently attempted showing me they wouldn't recognize their "orange plan" since it wasnt delivered to correct spot. I eventually got a brand new telephone that's today, 5 weeks later, chose to turn off during telephone calls & etc. They didn't change the insurance towards the new telephone but hasbeen billing me for this each month on my charge card. And so I was unde the impact that I'd insurance onto it & they inform me no & that they're "sorry". I'll NEVER advocate Bestbuy Cellular to ANYBODY & I'll just do the alternative. I might actually remain outside & allow folks understand so just how great their customer support is & how they'll mess you over any opportunity they get!
