Market telephones that are damaged

T mobile instant support: Obtained new Samsung telephone after I restored agreement for couple of years. Telephone no longer working properly. Shop explained to deliver telephone back again to company because it was over 15 nights later. & would get alternative to only $15 shipping. Salesman looked in those days at my telephone. I did so obtained another telephone simply to be charged $106.00 for this. After I approached customer support, I was told by them my telephone have been "fluid broken". Although I Have attempted to claim this was impossible, I've gotten no fulfillment.
