I bought the above mentioned three Virgin cellular devices and balances about 12/1. I've had way too much difficulty with all three balances because the evening these were bought. The 5995 phone turned unworkable, and that I have obtained an upgraded telephone. I experimented with exchange it earlier today, but wasn't permitted to achieve this. I obtained a note that there is a ‘problem, ’ and that I must contact customer support, that will be shut until 4AM Monday. A little later at night my visitor exhibited the topup display, nevertheless when I attempted to topup I had been informed there is an issue with my charge card, and that I must contact customer support, which, obviously, isn't readily available for about another 36 hours. The 5996 telephone is a difficulty in the evening I purchased! It wouldn’t trigger. It got many times; several telephone calls, and lastly three excursions to Bestbuy to obtain it triggered. They've a key telephone number, it appears, however it nevertheless required them about one hour. This telephone remains a; It'll NOT top up by creditcard. Customer support representatives, after I achieve them, in many cases are naive and unhelpful. I resolve this issue by holding up and calling back.
