Poor Customer Service/Bad phone

Buyers beware. I recently improved my childis telephone towards the fresh G1 via the T-Mobile site. It had been to be always a Holiday present. Little did I understand 5 days after she popped it the telephone wouldn't restart. While calling customer support for tech support team I had been informed I'd need to deliver the telephone back again to T-Mobile. After I questioned why I really could not visit a T-Mobile shop for alternative I had been informed since it was bought via the Web. This obviously isn't revealed everywhere about the T-Mobile web site. Not just might I've to deliver the telephone back but I'd also need to watch for them to get the telephone before they'd deliver out a brand new one. Bear in mind I'm still spending money on the extra point although it is in not being used with insurance. The client support is significantly more than missing, including and never restricted to the administrators they move one to. After I improved the telephone I'd to signal a brand new two-year agreement. I'd not suggest buying the brand new G1 or employing t-mobile as your cellphone supplier.
