T mobile is just a very shady organization. I delivered a telephone that merely very functioning. I had been advised to come back it via advantages to be able to get a new telephone. I had been also informed from the repetition within the shop, where I delivered it, the specific telephone that ceased working, had several delivered by lots of people and had documented grievances and was stopped from the organization because of its low quality. Which was 8 weeks ago.

Today, after spending the statement and anticipating my support to function I had been educated that my support was stopped, since I've been billed a 100.00 out-of guarantee charge for that returned telephone. The organization claims the telephone has water damage therefore isn't protected. However the telephone didn't have water damage, until they put some water on it once they acquired it. The telephone basically quit functioning. I will have to pay for 100.00 to be able to utilize my telephones despite the fact that I've settled my regular cost. I've never gotten something written down in regards to a charge for that telephone, I'm simply designed to consider their term for this. The corporation is GARBAGE!
