I just got back from home depot. The one on 441 and glades rd. Where, I bought a Ryobi string trimmer in feb. I used maybe 1 or 2 times and the head where the string gos broke. So, I took it back to see what could be done with it. And, I find out that, I have to pay 35.00 doller for them to send it out to get fixed. The thing is still under warranty. The other thing is that there was only 1 person at the service desk when, I got there and alot of people waiting. Then someone comes over to help, but she has no clue on how to do the kind of service, I need so, I had to wait for the only other person that was there. I spoke to alot of people that where there waiting with me and they all said that home depot needs to train there staff better. I can't understand how a business can run like that. And, I feel that if something is under warranty the business should take care of any and all cost to either fix it give the customer a new one or there money back. I had a bad experience.
