Mills Pride cabinet warranty refused, cabinets delaminating

I purchased cabinets from Home Depot. Mills Pride, which had a lifetime warranty. Home Depot allowed the contract with Mills Pride to expire about 2009. Home Depot made no arrangements or agreement to honor the lifetime warranty for all their customers.

I have problems with delamination on my cabinets. All Home Depot (Eric Emerson) can say is sorry, you are out of luck, the manufacturer has gone out of business.

HD doesn't care about anything but their profits, not the customers. I see them in a new negative way. Don't buy there!
