Ubuc inc, yun dai "4 months after paying, no product or return correspondence"

I purchased 3 home phone batteries and paid through paypal in June. I kept calling and sending emails asking when these would ship. I left messages on the answering machine and never received a call back and have never received an email back. It is now October and I still have not received anything from the company ie batteries, refund, phone call, emails. Now the toll free number is not working. The website says it is 'temporarily out of service because people were leaving', whatever that means. All I want is batteries or a refund. Simple. I am too late to have paypal work for me (must be within 45 days). I was after the cutoff before I realized it was serious. They listed a new phone number on their site. I should have checked the name of the company on the internet before buying but they were one of the only ones listing the battery I needed. I took a chance and obviously lost.
I am going to check the new phone number and see what I can come up with. For now, I am warning everyone that I can.
